Booking and payment conditions

This is general information regarding the purpose of the website croatia-travel.net, and general information about the types of services that are offered.
This website has two goals
a) informing people with useful information on how to spend a perfect holiday in Croatia – blog and useful articles
b) giving them the opportunity to either book an activity over the partner platform or book a private consultation with a local agent for a custom itinerary or any other travel-related questions
2. Service types
Under b) (of article 1. General), we offer two types of services:
SERVICE 01 Activities booking | These are local trips and activities in Croatia, run by travel agencies, served through partner platform GetYourGuide. We recommend some of the activities, and in return back, we receive a certain % as a commission. Please note that for SERVICE 01 Activities booking, all activities are under the partner’s control, meaning, all activities and trips are the obligation and responsibility of the partner agencies who organize those trips. SERVICE 02 Individual and customized itinerary | Itinerary creation for your vacation in Croatia (we Slovenia as well) – you will get the proposed itinerary with dates, timing, where to go, and what to see with recommendations on where to eat and much useful information.
Description: service is divided into three types of packages: Butterfly package (5 days itinerary), Dragonfly package (10 days itinerary), and Hummingbird package (15 days itinerary)
Booking procedure: you are filling out the contact form with as many details as you can, so we can start creating a draft of the itinerary. After filling out the form, you will get a customized proposal in your email with payment details. We can tweak the itinerary to make it perfect and you’ll receive the full document in your email at the end.
SERVICE 03 Book a 40min call – If you have any questions regarding your vacation, or how to plan your visit, you can book a consultation call.
3. Prices
SERVICE 01 Activities booking – all details are under partner’s control, read more in a link here
SERVICE 02 Individual and customized itinerary
Butterfly package (5 days itinerary) – 270 USD
Dragonfly package (10 days itinerary) -390 USD
Hummingbird package (15 days itinerary) – 430 USD
Custom – we are free to create a customized proposal if a client requests
SERVICE 03 Book a 40min call – 90USD / duration, 40 minutes video/voice call
4. Payment methods
SERVICE 01 Activities booking – all payments proceed over the partner’s platform GetYourGuide. With that said, there are not under the control of croatia-travel.net. Their payment options are noted in paragraph nr. 8. Payment at GetYourGuide link here
For SERVICE 01 and SERVICE 03 we offer PayPal payment and credit cards options: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners (& Discover), eftpos Australia, JCB, CUP
Credit card payments are processed by our partner payment getaway Stripe.
