Krka National Park
The waterfalls are situated within the larger Krka National Park, which spans over 142 square kilometers (55 square miles). The park is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including over 800 plant species, various birds, fish, and reptiles. The lush vegetation, meandering rivers, and scenic landscapes make it a haven for nature lovers and photographers.
The Krka National Park also houses an ethnographic museum located in a renovated watermill. The museum provides insight into the traditional way of life and customs of the local population, showcasing various artifacts and exhibitions.

Krka National Park is open for visitors year round, and can be toured by water, by road or by foot on our many hiking trails, in compliance with the rules of conduct in the protected area.
There are five entrances to the park: Lozovac, Skradin, Roški slap waterfall / Laškovica, Burnum/Puljane and Kistanje / Krka monastery. Working hours are different depending on the season.
Lozovac entrance
Lozovac entrance is the main road entrance to Krka National Park for tourist buses and individual visitors.
Throughout the year, free parking is available for individual visitors and organized groups arriving in tourist buses.
